Let me kick things off by sharing a bit of my taste. Here's a list of the anime that impacted me the most — and might just make it onto your favorites too:

1. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood



“A lesson without pain is meaningless.”

A perfect blend of action, emotion, and philosophy. FMAB is a masterclass in storytelling and character development. Every rewatch hits just as hard.

2. Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin)



A brutal world, morally grey characters, and one of the most intense plots in anime. I still get chills thinking about some of those major plot twists.

3. Your Name (Kimi no Na wa)



Not a series, but this movie redefined what emotional storytelling could look like in anime. The animation, music, and heart-wrenching narrative are unmatched.

4. Steins;Gate



A slow burn that pays off in huge ways. If you're into time travel, complex plots, and lovable characters — this is a must-watch.

5. Jujutsu Kaisen



Modern shonen at its finest. Incredible fight choreography, a banging soundtrack, and Gojo Satoru. Enough said.
